ERLC Files Friend-of-Court Brief on Marriage

A challenge to California’s ban on same-sex “marriage” is now before a district court. In defense of traditional marriage, the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission has filed a brief with the U.S. District Court for Northern California, asking the court to uphold the voter-approved Proposition 8, a 2008 ballot initiative that defines marriage as between one man and one woman in California’s state constitution.
