Racial Reconciliation - Hate Crime

By Jerry Price - Feb 6, 2006 - 1

“Racial bias motivated hate crimes against 4,754 victims in 2003. The majority of these victims — 66.3 percent — were the objects of anti-black bias. Of the remaining victims of single-bias incidents motivated by racial bias, 21.2 percent were victims of anti-white bias, 6.1 percent were victims of anti-Asian/Pacific Islander bias, and 1.8 percent were victims of anti-American Indian/Alaskan Native bias. Victims of anti-multiple races bias, that is, groups in which more than one race was represented, accounted for 4.7 percent of the victims of single-biased racially motivated hate crimes.”

Prejudice is the result of sin.  As a Caucasian, I have experienced prejudice at the hands of Hispanics and Blacks.  THe difference from my point of view is I do not let that effect me.  Shake it off and walk on.

There are 300,000,000 people in the USA.  THe number of hate crimes reported are a reflection of the Christian heritage of our country.

Thanks.  I love your program.
