Wisdom from our King is so needed.

Reading this woman’s story, I thought about an exchange which allegedly happened in England during the Great Depression. A socialist rabble rouser pointed to man in the crowd: “Socialism can put a new coat on that man!” And from the crowd came the reply: “But Jesus can put a New Man in that coat!”
So many of the ills which beset and tear down our nation stem from our inability to put new men or new women into the various “old coats” society, politicians, govt programs etc think will somehow “solve” our problems.

Janet Gillespie reminds us that every saint has a past just as every sinner has a future.
What an inspired life!
