The ideas here for “de-stressing” are right on and I applaud the author, however, I take the issue a little closer in focus on my blog, http://regencyyuletide.blogspot.com by inviting readers to experience a 19th century Yuletide in their own homes.
Anything that helps manage stress is great, laughter and fun being at the top of my list. I offer lots of resources to help families discover the treasures they have in each other, and ways to shut off the noise and be a family that plays together and reads together (and eats, and drinks together.)
