You say that we are a nation blessed by God. Doesn’t that lead to a destructive national pride?
<br />
Blessing follows obedience.&nbsp; There is nothing special about the United States except that we honored God&#8217;s covenant relationship with nations.

You write that we shouldn’t work for legislation that proclaims America is a Christian nation. Why not?
<br />
We would need a U.S. Constitutional amendment to replace Article VI paragraph 3&#8217;s no religious oath test with an oath to Divinely inspired Old and New Testaments.&nbsp; If that happened then we could proclaim America a Christian nation.
