      	<description><![CDATA[<p>I did, in fact, read this article a while ago.&nbsp; And I am surprised to see it repeated here.&nbsp; Do not misunderstand me Planned Parenthood is a despicable and irresponsible organization.&nbsp; However, to tag the organization as racist is a stretch, at best.&nbsp; Planned Parenthood, I would imagine, does research before they simply build a new facility.&nbsp; That research would more than likely include demographic studies (simple marketing research).&nbsp; Once that information is compiled and analyzed the location would be chosen.&nbsp; I can not speak to who the representative was on the phone (other than a weak individual), but the greater thought of the representative was probably to get the donation.&nbsp; The greatest sadness here is that there was and is no compassion on Planned Parenthood&#8217;s part and the donation is easier to receive than a child (race is irrelevant).
