Congress gave final approval June 12 to legislation authorizing the Food and Drug Administration to regulate tobacco products.

The House of Representatives voted 307-97 for the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act a day after the Senate passed the same bill in a 79-17 roll call. more »
