Dante D. Wright, I
Dr. Dante D. Wright has served as the Senior Pastor of Sweet Home Baptist Church of Round Rock for 13 years. He and his wife Tracy have five children. He is an advocate for social justice and racial reconciliation. He is an avid reader, enjoys traveling and sports, especially football. More importantly, he has a passion for preaching and teaching God’s Word. He lives and leads his parishioners by the motto “Developing Christian Disciples to Influence the World for the Cause of Christ.” He has an earned BS and Liberal Arts Degree from Southeast Missouri State University, a MA in Christian Leadership from Criswell College, a DMIN from Liberty Theological Seminary, a Master of Theology (ThM) from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (MBTS), and is currently pursuing a PhD in Biblical Studies with an emphasis in Homiletics from MBTS., Criswell College, Dallas, TX. in 2000. He has also earned a Master of Divinity Degree from Liberty Theological Seminary, Lynchburg, Va. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree at Liberty University.
