NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 12, 2014The Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention, announced the appointment of Lindsay Swartz as the new managing editor for content on Monday.
Swartz joins the ERLC communications team after serving on the church engagement team for Revive Our Hearts with Nancy Leigh DeMoss. She also served as the blog manager of truewoman.com.
Lindsay Swartz is a brilliant, creative, gospel-focused Christian with deep biblical roots and a vast cultural scope, said ERLC President, Russell D. Moore. She has worked with one of my heroines in the faithNancy Leigh DeMossat one of the most vibrant Christian ministries in the world today. Her experience and convictions are just right for what we need at the ERLC, and I thank God to have her as a part of our team.

Swartz is a native of Florida and received a Master of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary based in Louisville, Ky.

Swartz is a member of Redemption City Church in Franklin, Tenn. After receiving her seminary education, Swartz worked in camp ministry.
