Congressional Testimony: Protecting Civil Society, Faith-Based Actors, and Political Speech in Sub-Saharan Africa

On Wednesday May 9th, Steven Harris gave a testimony before the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, Subcommittee on Africa, Global Health, Global Human Rights, and International Organizations. The hearing was entitled, “Protecting Civil Society, Faith-Based Actors, and Political Speech in Sub-Saharan Africa."
