Elisabeth Doherty-Astle

Elisabeth Doherty-Astle works for the University of Derby where she implemented a specialist Mentor Scheme for the Law students, built the Judicial Shadowing Scheme, and has done extensive work to build the relationship between the College and local legal professionals. She works alongside the Students Union in coordinating the running of the In-house Legal Clinic. She also teaches on the Domestic Abuse module in Criminology and is on the module teams for State’s Perspective on Crime, Defendants Perspective on Crime, Applied Criminal Justice 1 & 2, and the Clinic module for the LL.B.
