Joe Batluck
As president of Teen Challenge International, U.S.A., Joe Batluck provides strategic leadership for eighty-three independent Teen Challenge corporations comprising two hundred and forty centers across the nation. Prior to coming to the national office, Batluck served for nine years as the executive director and president of Teen Challenge Training Center, Inc., in Rehrersburg, Pennsylvania. During this time, Joe oversaw the ten Teen Challenge locations in this corporation, including the Training Center in Rehrersburg, where several centers send their male students to complete Teen Challenge training. Through his tenure, Joe was able to bring the Training Center into a greater sense of financial stability. Prior to his time with Teen Challenge Training Center, Inc., Joe served for thirty years as a chaplain for the U.S. Army, both stateside and overseas. Joe and his wife, Irene, have four adult children and ten grandchildren.
