This position is designed for an organized, detail-oriented, self-starting team member seeking to join the band of joyful warriors tasked with applying the gospel to everyday life.

This role maintains the official schedule, travel plans, and related records for the  office of the president, providing operational, logistical, clerical, and project support. The Executive Assistant to the Office of the President participates in a variety of key projects to the overall mission of the ERLC.

Office Coordinator – Full Time

This position is designed for an organized, detail-oriented, self-starting team member seeking to join the band of joyful warriors tasked with applying the gospel to everyday life.

The Office Coordinator assists in the Nashville Office with operational, logistical, clerical, and project-management support to the office of the Executive Vice President. Working in a fun and fast-paced environment, this position participates in a variety of key projects to the overall mission of the ERLC.

State Policy Associate Full Time
This position is designed for an organized, detail-oriented, self-starting team member seeking to join the band of joyful warriors tasked with applying the gospel to everyday life as a part of ERLC’s Public Policy Team.

The State Policy Associate advances the public policy interests of the Southern Baptist Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission before the state legislature and state executive branch. The State Policy Associate is also responsible for cultivating and managing a range of relationships within state government.

Senior Policy Associate Full Time
This position is designed for an organized, detail-oriented, self-starting team member seeking to join the band of joyful warriors tasked with applying the gospel to everyday life at the ERLC’s office in Washington, D.C.

The Policy Associate provides substantive support for the advocacy work of the Vice President of Public Policy and the Policy Directors in the Washington, D.C., office. As appropriate, the Policy Associate will provide leadership and ownership over a portfolio of policy issues. The Policy Associate is also responsible for cultivating and managing a range of relationships on Capitol Hill and within the Administration.
