Ministry Grid is a customizable subscription platform for churches of any size that offers simple and effective training pathways for churches.

A full list of the courses available are located online.

Churches that sign up for this new training from ERLC will will receive a free, six-month trial for Ministry Grid.

Ministry Grid is a world-class training platform that allows us to help churches train their people to deal with difficult moral and ethical issues in a shifting culture, said Daniel Darling, the ERLCs Vice President of Communications. We envision this as a tool used by churches large and small. Its a low-cost, high-value way to bring this kind of staff development to churches and ministries.

Available training pathways include courses on sexual ethics in the church and racial reconciliation. The ERLC plans to create training on other cultural issues in the future. We are working on content related to pro-life ethics, the gospel and politics, faith, work and economics and other issues, said Darling.

Todd Adkins, Director of Leadership Development for LifeWay Christian Resources, also commented on the Ministry Grid partnership.

We are excited about our ongoing relationship with the Ethics & Religious Liberties Commission to provide church leaders with the most up to date training on the most pressing current issues facing churches.
