Doug Phillips

Doug Phillips serves as the Executive Director of For the City, a national nonprofit helping individuals, churches, nonprofits and businesses bring justice and restoration to their cities. Through resources and courses, experiences and service opportunities, and networking and professional development, he and his team work to educate, equip and mobilize believers to meet the unique needs of their city. He is married to Becca and has three children. Doug also serves as the Local Missions Pastor of the Austin Stone Community Church in Austin, Texas.
