TC Taylor

TC Taylor is the the lead pastor of New Breed Church in Louisville, Ky. TC was born and raised in Terre Haute, Ind. After graduating high school, he stayed local and attended Indiana State University. In 2007 he completed his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Criminology from ISU.

In 2005, TC trusted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, that same year he also received his calling to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In 2005 TC was licensed to preach at St. Paul Missionary Baptist in Terre Haute, Ind. TC served as a pastoral assistant at St. Paul from 2005-2009. In June of 2009 TC was ordained at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church. In July of the same year, TC and his wife moved to Louisville, Ky., to continue his theological training at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. While in Louisville, TC felt a call toward urban church planting. 

From August 2012-May 2013 TC completed a 10 month church planting residency with the Rebuild Initiative. T.C. and a core team of believers launch New Breed Church in West Louisville on January 19, 2014.

TC is married to the love of his life and college sweetheart Christel Rebekah Taylor. They have been married since July 2005. T.C. and Christel are the parents of two children.
