Ryan Welsh

Ryan Welsh serves as lead pastor of teaching for The Village Church (Southlake) in Southlake, Texas. He also teaches as an adjunct instructor at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Ryan is co-author of Raising The Dust (with Gregg Allison). He earned an M.Div. at Western Seminary and a D.Min. in homiletics from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He is currently a Ph.D. student in ethics at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. His research interests are ethics and human sexuality, particularly in the area of gender and human embodiment. Ryan and his wife have two kids.
