Cesar Y. Perez

Cesar Y. Perez serves as the Director for Hispanic Ministry at FBC Richmond, Ky. Born and raised in Cuba, he received a B.S. in Linguistics from Eastern University. He earned a D.Min., and is a Ph.D. student in Systematic Theology from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served in the pastoral ministry since 2000. Cesar and his wife Gretha have two kids.
