Jessie Sandberg

Jessie Sandberg grew up in a ministry family as the fourth of six daughters of Dr. John R. Rice. She holds degrees from Wheaton College and the National College of Education, and she is the author of five books, including Letting People Off the Hook. Over the years, she has enjoyed serving the community of Chattanooga, Tennessee, in many ways, including as Chaplain of the Chattanooga Police Department. She was married to Donald Sandberg for 65 years and has four children, 10 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
