Taylor Barkley

Taylor Barkley is the Government Affairs Manager at the Competitive Enterprise Institute where he works to develop relationships with U.S. lawmakers and agency staff, expand CEI’s policy opportunities on Capitol Hill, and educate government officials and regulators through briefings and other events. Prior to joining CEI in February 2017, Barkley was the Assistant Director of Outreach for Technology Policy at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. Barkley is originally from southern California and a graduate of Taylor University with a double major in history and political science. He is also the co-author of Called to Freedom: Why You Can Be Christian and Libertarian (Wipf & Stock 2017). You can read more of his writings at taylordbarkley.com.
