Ben Harbaugh

Ben Harbaugh serves as a State Policy Associate for the Washington, D.C., office. He assists with policy work on criminal justice reform, healthcare, religious liberty, and other issues at the state level. Before joining the ERLC, Ben worked on international religious freedom for the State Department, the White House, and various NGO’s around D.C. Ben is currently in his final semester at The American University where he will receive an M.A. in International Affairs with a concentration in U.S. Foreign Policy and National Security
