Joel Dillon

Joel A. Dillon serves as president & CEO at Jill’s House (www.jillshouse.org), a nonprofit that loves and serves families raising children with profound intellectual disabilities through short-term, overnight respite care and holistic family support services. Prior to his role at Jill’s House he served in social services as well as in higher education fundraising. He is deeply motivated by his passion to support kids and families, having experience working with both at-risk youth in the Chicago area and the disability community in Germany. Joel is married to his wonderful wife, Hannah, and together they raise two children, Lucy and Jonah, in Northern Virginia.
