How does the ERLC protect its financial integrity, and where can I find financial information related to the ERLC?

The ERLC is governed by a board of trustees who approve the operating budget and have full access to financial reports and transactions. In addition, the ERLC’s trustee board selects an external auditor who performs an annual audit and reports the results back to the trustees. Each year, the audit report is published in the SBC annual and is available on the ERLC website

The ERLC is also a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability and meets all of their standards and criteria. The ERLC is also listed on Guidestar with a gold level for transparency. For at least a quarter of a century, the ERLC has had a clean, unqualified annual audit.
