ERLC to host Capitol Conversations event on religious liberty and human flourishing

WASHINGTON, D.C—The Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission of the Southern Baptist Convention will host a Capitol Conversations event on “Christianity and the Common Good: Religious Liberty and Human Flourishing” May 23 at 7:30 p.m. EDT at the Washington Court Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Media is invited attend the event for free and hear two sets of panelists speak on the future of religious liberty in America.

The first panel will address “With Liberty and Justice for All: Why We Should Pursue Religious Freedom for Everyone."

These panelists will discuss why religious liberty matters for their faith tradition and why it is important to advocate for religious freedom for all.

The second panel will address "Christianity and the Common Good: How Religious Freedom Promotes Human Flourishing."
