Katy Roberts

Senior Policy Manager

Katy Roberts serves as the senior policy manager of the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission, where she represents the policy interests of Southern Baptists to government through advocacy and education. Prior to the ERLC, Katy worked on Capitol Hill, spending time in both the United States Senate and the House of Representatives. Previously, she worked in clinical healthcare. 

A native Texan, Katy earned a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Texas A&M University before completing her M.S. in Aging and Health Policy from Georgetown University. She is currently pursuing her M.A. in Ethics, Theology, and Culture at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Katy loves her local church in Washington, D.C., where she is a member, leads a small group, and serves in worship ministry.
